Real Estate With Heart, Honesty, and a Whole Lot of Real-Life Experience

I like to say my real estate specialty is “the people kind.” Homes matter, of course, but people are everything. That’s been my philosophy since launching my career in 2001.

I’ve guided clients through hot markets, slow markets, and every shift in between. Because I’ve lived through those changes myself, I understand the mix of excitement and nerves that comes with big real estate decisions. My role is simple: offer steady guidance, honest communication, and a clear plan that keeps the process feeling manageable.

I’m proud to serve our community as a longtime member of the National and Local Realtor Associations. Over the years, I’ve held roles with the Snohomish County Women’s Council of Realtors, served on Windermere’s North Sound and Eastside Standards of Practice Panels, contributed to the Windermere Foundation, and helped coordinate both the annual Snohomish County-Camano REALTORS® Food Drive and Windermere’s Community Service Day.

I’ve called this area home since 1983. It’s where I raised my six kids, welcomed three wonderful daughters-in-law and two grandkids, and built a life filled with family, chaos, and a very enthusiastic Aussiedoodle who still thinks he’s a puppy.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me creating or exploring: pottery, baking, gardening, stained glass, camping, kayaking, you name it. My Fine Arts background and hands-on home improvement experience often make their way into my work, especially when helping clients prepare their homes to shine.

At the end of the day, helping people move into the next chapter of their lives is what I love most. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just exploring your options, I’m here to guide you with heart, honesty, and experience you can count on.
